John Boyle

Interim Head of Financial Markets, North America
Head of Prudential Liquidity Management

John joined Lloyds Banking Group in 1995 after being hired out of college by what was then Bank of Scotland New York. He is currently Global Head of Prudential Liquidity Management.

John has held several positions within the Group. He was promoted to Chief Dealer for Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBoS) Treasury Services in January of 2007. After Lloyds Banking Group's acquisition of HBoS, John took over as Head of Money Markets Trading in December of 2014, while also being named Deputy Head of Financial Markets in 2017. 

He has extensive knowledge of fixed income, derivatives and foreign exchange markets while also managing the risks associated with those products. He has also managed numerous trading and sales desks, and constructed many of those functions from the ground up. 

John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross with a dual major in Accounting and Economics as well as a minor in Visual Arts. He is also licensed under various FINRA certifications (7, 63 & 24) and holds the ACI Financial Markets Association designations. 


Wes-FallanWesley Fallan

Head of Capital Markets, North America
President Lloyds Securities, Inc

Wesley moved to New York in 2014 where he has been part of the build-out of Lloyds’ Broker Dealer, Lloyds Securities Inc. (LSI). Wesley is now Head of the Capital Markets platform in the US.

The role builds on Wesley’s career in the bond markets in both London and New York; he is now running all 6 teams encompassing: Debt Capital Markets, Syndicate, Securitized Products Group, Loans, Private Placements and Risk Management Solutions in North America. Having achieved a 2:1 (honors) degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham in 2000, Wesley spent the first 8 years of his 16 year career in various Loan Markets roles at HSBC in London, more latterly on its Origination team.

From there, Wesley joined the multi-product Origination desk within Lloyds' DCM business in 2008, responsible for pitching Lloyds' growing credentials in public bonds, US private placements and Syndicated Loans to clients in the UK and Europe.


Sebastian-KafetzSebastian Kafetz

Head of Corporate Coverage and Institutional Coverage, North America

Sebastian joined Lloyds Bank in London in 2002 and has held a number of different roles spanning Financial Institutions Coverage, Credit Risk and Corporate Banking. Following his relocation to New York in 2012, Seb led a coverage team as Managing Director and Head of Insurance and Specialist Finance for North America, managing relationships across the Global Insurance space.

In July 2019, Seb was appointed to Managing Director, Head of Global Transaction Banking, North America. In this role Seb managed a team providing both product and sales coverage relating to the provision of trade finance and cash management. In March 2022, Seb was appointed to his current role as Managing Director, Head of Corporate Coverage and Institutional Coverage, North America. In this role Seb manages a team of Relationship Sector specialists  across Corporate Banking, Financial Services and Financial Sponsors, alongside Trade Finance and Loan Markets product teams

Seb has a Masters in Management from Durham University Business School, The Association of Corporate Treasurers treasury qualification and a BA in political science from Nottingham University. Seb is series 24, 79 and 63 FINRA qualified.
