Securitized Products Group (SPG) provides structured funding and capital solutions to corporate and financial institutions clients in respect of their asset portfolios.
The team is made up of over 30 experts across the globe with specific assets and/or liability structuring experience. Utilizing our broad sector expertise, SPG acts as an adviser to our clients on the various funding, disposal and risk transfer options available to generate regular and predictable cash flows.
In North America, we focus on:
- Arranging and structuring securitization transactions
- Structured finance funding through warehouse facilities or asset backed commercial paper conduits
- Sales and trading with distribution through Lloyds Securities Inc.
