Following the appointment of Andy Schaeffer as CEO Lloyds Bank North America, subject to regulatory approval, Lloyds Bank has announced a further three internal promotions.
The moves demonstrate the depth of quality in its teams and its continued commitment to supporting the needs of its Markets clients.
Kristan Gochee, previously Head of ABS Syndicate, will take over the sales and trading business as Head of Financial Markets, North America. Gochee joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2014.
Tim Sumner will take on Gochee’s previous role as Head of US ABS Syndicate within Lloyds Securities, the US broker-dealer arm of Lloyds Bank North America. Sumner joined Lloyds Bank in 2011.
Wesley Fallan, previously Head of US Bond Syndicate, will lead the DCM, ABS and Loan Syndication operation as Head of Capital Markets, North America. Fallan joined Lloyds Bank in 2008 in London before moving to Lloyds Securities in New York in 2014.
The promotions further strengthen Lloyds Bank North America’s Markets team, which in recent years has seen significant growth through an enhanced client offering.
Gochee and Fallan will report into Schaeffer while Sumner will report into Fallan. The changes come into effect on February 1.
