Summer internships
Our 10-week Summer Internship Program gives students a meaningful work experience in banking, either in a coverage or product area. Throughout the summer, we provide training and development opportunities, as well as educational and social events. At the end of the program, successful participants may be eligible to receive an offer for our two-year 2025 Analyst Program, which begins July 2025.
Applicants for the 2024 Summer Internship program must be scheduled to graduate between January and June 2025. Additionally, they must meet the following requirements:

Strong GPA
- Interest in finance, economics or global financial markets
The 2024 Summer Internship program will commence in June 2024.
Analyst program
Designed for recent graduates, our two-year Analyst Program provides talented young professionals with a rotation structure composed of four six-month placements within our Coverage and Product teams: a unique opportunity to develop core technical and analytical skills fundamental to working in the banking industry. Analysts will receive formal training and the opportunity to become licensed as representatives of our US registered broker-dealer, LSI.
The program will commence in July 2024.
